How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 working days after dispatch. Customized products may take slightly longer as they are made specially for you.

Can I customise the product with my name?
Yes. Most of our products can be personalised with your name, initials, or text. Please enter your customization details on the product page before placing the order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most orders across India.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production of a customized product has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Can I return a customised product?
Since customised products are specially made for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product. We will arrange a replacement if applicable.
