Customized Products
Since most of our products are personalized or customized, they cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is confirmed.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized or customized products
• Items used or damaged by the customer
• Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
